Shipping And Handling

All prices on our website are inclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
All large/heavy items are delivered on pallets the driver will only deliver it to your door, still packaged. He/she is not insured to take it inside your house or upstairs unfortunately. So you will need to arrange getting the items where you need them.

Checking Goods for Damage

You must thoroughly check the goods for damage as soon as possible and notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If FX Bathrooms Direct are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.
If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. Checking Deliveries for Shortages

You agree to examine the delivery and report any missing items within 7 days of delivery. We will not accept liability for any shortages if they are not reported within this period.

Free Delivery

Free Delivery applies to UK Mainland Deliveries Only Delivery Schedule Our standard delivery service 7-10 working days is included at no extra charge for orders delivered to mainland UK addresses please contact us for a price for non-mainland deliveries. When goods are ordered at the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day and the delivery date will vary accordingly. We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however delays are possible.

The date of delivery specified by us is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and we shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods.

Please don't book your Installer until you've received all your items and you're happy with them that is. We cannot be liable for any losses caused by delayed delivery or pre-booked installers.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

FX Bathrooms Direct suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
