Standard Delivery Service

Once your order has arrived in stock it will be dispatched immediately. On a standard delivery service this has an approximate eta of 2-3 working days.

Shipping with our chosen courier services.

​

For smaller deliveries such as taps and accessories we use Parcelforce as our chosen courier service as we think they are the best when it comes to delivering your parcel. As well as the sales team notifying of dispatch, Parcelforce will contact you to provide a 1 hour delivery time slot. If you was not going to be in during that time you have a few options such as;

 

- Deliver to a neighbour

- Arrange for another day

- pick up at your local depot.

Deliveries with Parcelforce are usually next day once the order has been dispatched. Deliveries to Scotland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight and Channel Islands are delivered within 2 working days.

 

For Large Deliveries such as toilets, enclosures, baths etc. We use a pallet network service to ensure orders reach you in 100% perfect condition. Once the order is dispatched the courier company will contact you to arrange a day for delivery. Please note that a palletised delivery can be anytime between 8am - 5pm. However the courier service on the day of delivery will provide an eta. This service is not currently trackable online but if you have any questions please feel free to contact the team on sales@fxbathroomsdirect.com

Once you have booked in your delivery with the courier company and you are not present, a re-delivery charge will apply. To find out more please contact the sales team.

PLEASE NOTE: The pallet will be delivered as close as possible to your front door,  If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats) or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The driver is not insured to take the goods inside your property, the pallet will be delivered to the as close as possible to your property and it is strongly recommended that at least two able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
